Doubt
9:09 AMThere are times in life, when we are in doubt
Whether someone is good or bad.
Whether to wait or to act.
Whether to help or to let them learn from their mistake.
Whether to judge people by our guts, or what they have done in the past.
Whether to trust someone wholeheartedly, or prepare ourselves for the worst.
Whether to open our hearts or be secretive.
Whether someone is being honest or implicitly trying to say something else.
Whether someone is sincere or trying to manipulate you.
Whether what happened is "it is what it is" or there is a certain plot schemed.
Whether to be realistic and careful, or to be optimistic and positive.
Whether to chase what you believe is right or stay because what you have is enough.
Whether you have to lower down your pride or try anyway so you won't regret anything.
Whether believing that "people can be loyal" or "people change and grow apart".
Whether people is doing things for your sake or for their own sake.
Whether what you think is right or what you believe is right.
Whether you have to choose to lose or keep fighting through it all.
Whether someone is worth your sacrifices or not.
Whether to compromise or being persistent.
Whether to care or to guard your heart.
Whether to resent so people learn or forgive because it's not worth your time.
Whether it is time to speak or to listen.
Whether you take the chance or be grateful for what you had.
Whether to listen to what you tell yourself late at night, or to shut it out.
Whether to keep thinking or have faith.
Lots and lots more doubts are going to appear.
It's inevitable, it's inescapable.
No concrete solution, no obvious answers.
But maybe, just maybe.
Continued on despite the doubts and failures and worries and fears.
Is what makes it worthwhile.
Is what makes us strong.
Maybe,
We first have to doubt our doubts before we doubt our faith.
Maybe,
We're not the only one.
Maybe,
People need us as well.
Even when they seem strong. Even when they seem careless.
Even when they seem confident. Even when they seem secure.
Build them up.
Put their insecurities to sleep.
Remind people they're worthy.
Remind people they're enough.
